ah, summer produce...

The corn we harvested was delicious....David and I devoured two ears for dinner this evening. My gosh, we'll never get corn that good again.....Also harvested some Japanese eggplant, which I sliced and baked in the oven with lots of olive oil and parmesan cheese. Oh, it's good to be a farmer.
